AGAINST POVERTY

A joint collaboration aimed at children and families in ‘at risk’ situations

The alliance between the Barça Foundation and the Generalitat de Catalunya’s Department of Social Wellbeing and Families, Obra Social "la Caixa", the Fundació del Convent de Santa Clara and ten areas of Catalonia (Manresa, El Vendrell, Manlleu, Lleida, Tortosa, Salt, Figueres, Banyoles, Lloret de Mar and Ripoll) has the objective of fighting against poverty in society.

In this alliance, the idea of a Barça Foundation patron, Sister Lucía Caram, our entity provides its methodology with a selection of sporting and socio-educational activities, to improve relations and personal development for young people and their families, as well as promoting a healthy and inclusive environment.
